We tend to neglect the most important aspects of our self-awareness, and we don’t realize it until it is too late. We do realize that our habits are so ingrained that they can be hard to stop, but we don’t put our self-awareness into practice when we don’t see that our habits are affecting our well-being.
The things that are most difficult to change are those habits that are so ingrained that we don’t even realize they are affecting us. This is why we sometimes need to learn a new skill. That’s not to say you shouldnt learn something that helps you sleep at night, but it is definitely a good idea to focus on the things that are making you feel good and not on the things that are making you feel bad.
For example, I think being aware of the things that are affecting your well-being is quite important. When you are asleep your whole body is very relaxed, but when you are awake, your body is tensed and tense. This tension is because your body is trying to fight off a bad batch of stress hormones. This bad batch of stress hormones causes all sorts of problems, from headaches and general stress to insomnia.
