I’m not sure if this tool is accurate or not but I bet it works pretty well for any type of stress or problem.

If you can honestly assess your anxiety level for a period of time, you likely have a high anxiety level. If you feel anxious about your home, you probably have a low anxiety level. If you notice that you’re anxious for a period of time, you likely have a high anxiety level.
Anxiety is just part of home ownership, but it is the most important part. It is the feeling that you are a helpless victim of a bad situation. It is the feeling that you are being controlled by the person who is out to get you. It is the feeling that you are being constantly watched and controlled by a stranger. It is the feeling of fear and being in danger of being hurt.
