I mean, if your mind is working a certain way, you’re more likely to stay in that state. That means no matter what you’re doing, you’re likely not going to feel like you’ve accomplished much. But you can’t have a goal and also a mind that’s working a certain way. This one is really all about the mental state of the person and how that shapes and influences how they act, think, and feel.
I have a lot of experience with this. I’ve been able to work on this for over a decade now and I’m a pretty big proponent of goal-setting. So if you want to work on improving your mental state, make sure you focus on setting a goal and setting a path to achieving it.
