It’s a common problem, but what I love the most about this podcast is that the problems it addresses are not the easy ones. I love that I don’t need to be a psychologist to understand how the podcast is so relatable. I love that they don’t give a shit about me. I love that the issues are not the easy ones. I love that if I don’t buy into the podcast, I can still listen to it.

This podcast has been up for over four years now and still, like most podcasts, has a very eclectic collection of guests. This time, however, it was a different kind of eclectic. Since its inception, the podcast has been co-hosted by two very different people. In an incredibly personal and relatable story, I sat down with a very different guy than I initially believed myself to be.

It has been a great time to be a podcast host. I don’t know why I would do something like this, but I can tell you that I’ve been thinking about this for a long time and have found it immensely rewarding.

I like to think that I’m not alone in this. Many of us are waiting for The Pod to be our podcast, waiting for the right person to host it, and waiting for the right direction. I’ve been waiting for this for a while, but it feels like I’ve been holding out for a forever.

The answer to all three of those questions is “yes,” but not in the way you might think. I have been listening to The Pod for over five years and I have been hearing the same things that I had been hearing for years; the same sort of rants, the same sorts of complaints, the same sort of accusations, the same sort of insults that I’ve heard for years. I’ve been waiting for The Pod for a long time.

Ive been waiting for that new generation of internet connection that was supposed to be revolutionary but is now just an internet connection with a better speed that makes us forget how slow the internet was in the first place.

The internet is more accessible than ever. I mean, if you really want to be able to do the things you need to do, the internet is the way to go. But the internet is also dangerous. As more and more people get on it, more and more attacks are created from the internet which has now become our enemy.
